Nextwave Technologies is a sport technology venture studio — building the platforms, financial infrastructure and AI systems that power how sports facilities operate, monetise and grow. Twenty years of frontier technical work. Three active ventures. One industry.
Every venue has empty slots that should be filled. Every match produces data that goes uncaptured. Every transaction in sport flows through infrastructure not built for sport. Nextwave builds the technology layer that changes all three — purpose-built for the operational, commercial and financial realities of modern sport. Not adapted from another industry. Built from the ground up for this one.
Two decades of deep technical capability, focused entirely on the problems sport hasn't yet solved.
Demand intelligence. Financial infrastructure. Venue technology. Together they cover the full commercial and operational stack of modern sport — each venture independent, each more powerful because the others exist.
Qoreva answers the questions that have always been too complex for sports facility operators to solve confidently. A demand intelligence platform that predicts, prices and fills facilities automatically — combining weather, broadcast schedules, team behaviour and dozens of additional signals into a single actionable output for every slot. The agentic layer closes the loop, executing pricing and communications automatically within operator-defined guardrails.
Visit QorevaVendzi is the financial infrastructure layer for sport commerce. Built for the specific complexity of sport transactions — split payments between venues and operators, booking holds and releases, sponsor revenue distribution, multi-party compliance — Vendzi orchestrates money movement across the sport ecosystem intelligently, applying trust scoring, fraud logic and regulatory automation purpose-built for how sport actually works.
Visit Vendzi4nines.io is a sports venue operating platform combining pitch booking, live streaming and AI-powered computer vision. Fixed cameras capture every match and automatically generate player highlights, stats and shareable clips. Virtual sponsor branding is rendered dynamically into footage in real time — the same goal, the same match, monetised independently to multiple sponsors simultaneously.
Visit 4nines.ioA career built at the intersection of sport and technology — from grassroots computer vision to AI systems, live streaming infrastructure and the commercial platforms that power how sport operates today.
Founded and built Qoreva — the AI-powered demand intelligence platform for sports facility operators. Combining multi-variable forecasting, dynamic pricing and agentic automation to maximise yield across bookable venues. Currently onboarding founding operator partners.
AI · Sport · SaaSDesigned and built the 4nines.io platform — integrating pitch booking, AI-generated highlights, real-time player tracking and virtual sponsor overlay technology. Pioneering dynamic sponsor monetisation where the same footage is independently branded for multiple sponsors simultaneously.
CV · Live Streaming · AdvertisingFounded Vendzi as the payment orchestration and trust layer for sport commerce. Architected the Pay, Trust, Comply framework — PSP-agnostic financial infrastructure handling the specific complexity of sport transactions: booking holds, split payments, sponsor distributions and multi-party compliance at scale.
Sport Fintech · PaymentsConceived and developed Pitch Vision — a computer vision system using per-segment homographies and fixed cameras to render virtual sponsor branding onto pitch kick boards in real time. Solved the core geometry, marker-assisted tracking and split hardware architecture that became the foundation of 4nines.io.
Computer Vision · SportFounded Fuell — an AI-powered driver drowsiness and distraction detection system. Ford Smart Mobility partnership. Innovate UK funded. Built on real-time edge inference using computer vision techniques directly transferable to the sport tracking work that followed.
AI · Computer Vision · EdgeDeep domain work in sport data infrastructure, video analysis and performance analytics — building the technical foundation and commercial understanding of how sport venues, operators and federations actually work, and where the unsolved problems sit.
Sport · Data · InfrastructureTwenty years of senior technology leadership across financial services, telecommunications and professional services — building the commercial, architectural and delivery capability that now underpins every Nextwave venture.

Sport has always been where I think most clearly. As someone who coaches at grassroots level and competes personally in endurance sport, I understand what it takes to perform at the edge of your capability — and as a technologist, I've spent twenty years building systems that help others do the same. Nextwave exists because sport deserves better technology than it's been given. That's not a market observation. It's a personal conviction.
Nextwave Technologies is a sport technology venture studio that builds AI, computer vision and financial infrastructure platforms for sports facility operators, pitch providers and venue owners. We operate three ventures: Qoreva (demand intelligence and dynamic pricing), Vendzi (sport payment orchestration) and 4nines.io (venue technology with live streaming and virtual advertising). Every product is purpose-built for sport — not adapted from another industry.
Nextwave builds technology for sports facility operators, pitch providers and venue owners — anyone managing bookable sports facilities who wants to fill more slots, price more intelligently, stream matches, or monetise through virtual sponsor advertising. Our ventures also serve the sport commerce ecosystem through payment orchestration and financial infrastructure.
Qoreva is an AI-powered demand intelligence platform that predicts, prices and fills sports facilities automatically. It combines weather data, broadcast schedules, team behaviour and dozens of additional signals to forecast demand for every bookable slot. An agentic automation layer then executes pricing changes and communications within operator-defined guardrails — so facility operators maximise yield without manual intervention.
4nines.io uses fixed cameras and AI-powered computer vision to capture every match at a venue, automatically generating player highlights, stats and shareable clips. It also renders virtual sponsor branding dynamically into live footage in real time — enabling the same match to be monetised independently by multiple sponsors simultaneously. The platform also includes pitch booking and live streaming.
Vendzi is purpose-built financial infrastructure for sport commerce. It handles the specific complexity of sport transactions: split payments between venues and operators, booking holds and releases, sponsor revenue distribution and multi-party compliance. Vendzi is PSP-agnostic, applying trust scoring, fraud logic and regulatory automation designed for how sport actually works.
Nextwave builds exclusively for sport. Every product is designed from the ground up for the operational, commercial and financial realities of sports venues and facilities — not adapted from retail, hospitality or general SaaS. The three ventures (Qoreva, Vendzi, 4nines.io) are independent but interconnected, covering the full commercial and operational stack: demand intelligence, financial infrastructure and venue technology.
We work with a small number of investors and strategic partners who understand that sport is one of the last major industries yet to be transformed by genuine AI and computer vision capability. If that describes you, we'd like to hear from you.
